Walker Methodist Kenzie features attractive one-bedroom apartments in a three-story building with an elevator. All apartments are wheelchair-accessible and three are specialized handicapped apartments.
The Kenzie community is a federally-subsidized senior housing community (HUD 202, Section 8). Rent is based on 30 percent of a person’s annual income less allowable medical expenses.
