Affordable Housing

Adults 62 years and older can make a home for themselves at Kenzie — our affordable independent living community. Kenzie features Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-subsidized options for low-income residents.

Rent is based on 30 percent of a person’s annual income less allowable medical expenses. Our eligibility income limits and annual income limits are determined by HUD.

Walker Methodist Kenzie features attractive one-bedroom apartments in a three-story building with an elevator. We offer specialized accessible apartments.
